Microphone bug affecting Adobe AIR 14/15 and iOS 8 beta

Apologies for cross-posting this, but I want to make sure this shows up in the right sub-community.

I'm hoping that someone at Adobe can acknowledge this issue and confirm that it's being investigated. If anyone knows of a workaround, I am all ears.
