microsoft visual c++ error

hello,

checked the details and the microsoft fix it tool can fix the problem

after running the fix it tool just disable all the sequrity features and then try the installation

looking forward for any other idea..............?

I'm not sure what the original problem was, but checking in on this. Apparently you were getting a crash trying to install AIR.

Can you try http://get.adobe.com/air/ and let us know exactly where and what error message you're getting if it doesn't work?
