Mobile AIR development guide book - any recommendations

I have been using Professional Flash Mobile Development: Creating Android and iPhone Applications by Richard Wagner.

It's very good, but I was wondering if someone could recommend one (or an online tut) that covers (for AIR):

- cookies - ie saving session tokens after a login

- app updating
