Muse installation asking to download Adobe AIR

I'm trying to open the Adobe Muse application from my computer and it says I need to download Adobe Air. So I did that, and it's still saying that I need to download Adobe Air.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. We cannot have the slightest idea what computer you are even using, much less anything else. That aside, you most likely have a permissions or security problem where something on your system is blocking the connections for Adobe AIR, so check your firewall, virus scanner etc..
