Thanks Alí.

Moved from the Creative Cloud to the Muse forum. They will be able to help you here.

Hello,

I would like to suggest you here to uninstall and reinstall Adobe AIR from your machine first.

Use http://get.adobe.com/air/ to install the latest version of Adobe AIR.

And then download and install a fresh copy of Adobe Muse using the link : http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_win

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Sachin

Uninstalled Air and tried to re-install. I can't install Air because I don't have Admin Privlidges. However, I DO have Admin Privlidges. The computer is completely unlocked and I have full control. I've tried running as an admin and I was going to try and run it under another compatibility mode, but there is no option for that. I had this Air issue because my Adobe Widget Browser won't launch because Air isn't installed. I'm in an awful loop. I really really really really really really really really really don't want to uninstall the entire suite and remove all preferences to get these to work. Also, after the most recent update Photoshop won't support 3D.

  1. Uninstall any previous version of Muse.
  2. Reboot your computer.
  3. Launch Adobe Application Manager
  4. Reinstall Muse (using Adobe Application manager)

That should do it.

That's what I tried before posting here. Did not work. Do I need to remove my preferences?

What happened after you reinstalled (following method above)? Same problem? If so, that might be a technical issue related to your computers registry. I would completely uninstall, reboot, check that in fact everything is gone, and then reinstall.

Normally this works, you should contact Adobe technical support if it doesn´t. Contact online:

Hope that helps.
