Native Installer: shortcut name depending on Windows' language

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody knows how to implement the next behaviour of Adobe AIR Windows Native Installer: it should use different shortcut names (Desktop and Startup menu) for different Windows' languages.

For example, if user works on English Windows, it should use shortcut "AppEn". If user works on Chinese, then "AppCh", e.t.c.

Please, could somebody tell if there is any chance to implement this?
