Native Text not a compile time constant

Hi

When trying to compile my application using flash CS6, my client get's the error:

1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: NativeText.

I do not get this error, when publishing.

To the extent I can, I have checked his publish settings and they seem correct. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
