need AIR 16.0+ on Linux

current methods of forcing Lumino City (specifies AIR 16.0) to run on AIR 2.6 only go as far as creating a fullscreen white window which fills with random data displayed as ISO 8859-1 text, instead of drawing paper graphics as shown in screenshots.

in need of a working AIR 16.0+ build for Linux x86. thanks.
