need help to burn video to a dvd, with out running of time

I'm running adobe premiere elements 7 and trying to burn a slideshow video, but i keep getting a error message saying that premier elements is running very low on system memory. And to save your project and proceed with caution. Then when i click on burn, there's a message saying that there's a transcoding error and it won't burn my video. What should I do to correct these problems? I need help. Edda
