NetStream.play(null) + BitmapData.draw = Security Error

Hello !

I know that this problem is knew and a similar post already exists

But 6 months later, it still doesn't work and it's very frustrating to be able to read an AVI file with ffmpeg and NativeProcess, but impossible to build original and fun Video experience because of that.

Please! Please! Fix it !

I just posted on the other thread, but would you mind opening a new bug over at bugbase.adobe.com with some sample code/project so we can take another look?  Please post back with the bug number and I'll start the internal investigation.

I can confirm that the issue still exists in Air 3.8, I tryed it yesterday...

You said, in the other post :

"Bug 3501559 was marked as a "security" bug when entered and those aren't publicly visible.  Unfortunately, this isn't the type of security bug we'd consider private but I'm unable to unblock it for public viewing."

- I'm sorry, I'm not sure I undestood you totally...I'm from France... -

I will create another bug report. What kind of bug I must select if it's not a security-bug ?
