No TCP connection on Android for some users

With one of our recent app updates, we receive user complaints that players are unable to connect to our Smartfox Server (using TCP protocol) either through cellular network or WiFi. All sorts of Android versions are affected, it is not limited to Android 5, but only a small fraction of players is reporting problems. We are currently using Adobe Air 16 Beta SDK, but we are not sure yet if that marks the beginning of the problems. Other factors involved are 3rd party ANEs (GoViral was updated recently) and remote loading of Air 15 swf with Air 16 app.

Does anyone else experience similar issues?
