when do the nook reports update themselves? Is it each day like apple or is it at the end of the month?

Correct answer

Daily at 12am eastern and they lag one day behind. So for me being 3 hours behind eastern time I get the report at 9pm for the previous day. They also pay a full month after so again for me at the start of this month I got paid for January, strange system.

its a bit of a mishmash. You basically go through the first application and you say that yes you have an EIN and a US bank account. then get approved then you have to apply again for the app store and there you can say you dont have a US bank account and it is ok. But you still need an EIN or ITIN, so you have to ring the IRS in the US to apply for it.
