Official word on AIR on Modern UI

Is there an official word on AIR on Modern UI. At this point we have conflicting answers. In the 2013 roadmap [1] for flash and AIR saying that there is no plan to devlop AIR for Modern UI and Microsoft saying that no app sold through the Windows app can have flash[2].

On the other hand, we have Lee Brimelow[3] saying that it should come in the first half of 2013 and the Adobe Lab for AIR, in the product details[4] says that the Adobe is acctively working on it.

I would prefer an clear yes or no or even, we don't know at this time, comme back later.

Note the use of the word "next" (as in "next year") in Lee's post from November. Things have changed since then.

No offence but I would prefer if it came from Adobe. While the first post by Lee was in November, on Jan 11th of this year, in the same thread (last post of the tread), he mention that he cant give a date other that "It's coming", so that was about a month ago. Also, on Adobe labs for AIR, it still mention that they are working on it, and as far as I can tell, that was updated on Feb. 12th. In the middle of those two, Jan 30th, the roadmap says they are not.

I see lots of heated debates about future features, and the usual answer from Adobe is to have us read the whitepaper to find out what the current situation is.

With regard to Windows 8 Modern UI, it says (at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashplatform/whitepapers/roadmap.html ):

"Adobe and Microsoft are working closely together, and are investing in continuing to deliver Flash Player for Windows 8 and future versions of Windows on both Windows desktop and Modern UI."

That's as of Jan 30th.

I had got slightly confused by your original question, and was thinking more about Windows mobile. There's no information in the whitepaper about that.
