One account on Macos 10.x works with Adobe Air, another doesn't

I have several accounts on my MacBook, and one of them Adobe Air doesn't work. It doesn't get to the installation window. The installer starts up but doesn't come to the installation window. When I go to another account I can install Air perfectly and the app that uses it also works fine. If I go back to the first account the app that uses Air doesn't start up, it stop in the "loading" window. There is no freezing. I can quite the app. But it does give the usual apple error: "App" has quit unexpectedly.
