package contents can not add an APK file?

target p: Android

flash builder 4.7/4.6

add an APK file to bin-debug

1.setup package content of Google Android.

2.selected APK/IPA file.

3.apply  and OK

4.open package content of Google Android.

5.but APK/IPA file was unselected.

how to fix it without "Customize launch..." (inexistent in flash builder 4.6)
