Playing video (flv) lag on iPad2

Question

Hey guys,

I try to play an flv file (1024x1365) on my iPad2 displayed on the landscape mode. Then, I can swip the video up and down.

I use AIR 3.2, stageVideo, and move the viewport by swipping the stage.

The problem is the sound works fine but I have a video lag.

Is it due to the size of my video ? due to not playing a h264 file ? due to the video codec ?

Ok, I used a h264 and it is definitively the solution.
