Prblem installing please help

Hello,

I want to instal Adobe Muse ,so i can start learning it ,but when installing it show error  with Installation Adobe Ait on PC somethign about : Adobe air instalation .exe this file is not associated with the program to perform this action (translated in google i have russian windows).

I tryed to uninstall delete all log cashe temp else files ,but still getting this error when trying to instal new version of air .

I have Windows 7 32
