Is there any way to stop my apps being pirated with Adobe Air and Android?

no, not unless you had design right over it. And still; then even if you hadd it, it would still be able to be coppyed to 99.9%.

but make it unique, if it has your own custom artwork in, then thats the way you feel the app should be produced. People cant take that.

Im talking about people putting my apk file on file sharing sites etc.

Google created the Android License server (which you will be able to access using ActionScript extensions in AIR 3) for this:

A quick google indicates that it was quickly hacked: http://news.cnet.com/8301-30684_3-20014587-265.html

Maybe that will be good enough to stop casual copying, but any determined hacker could circumvent it (and probably any other scheme).
