Problem to install the latest runtime of adobe air

I'm sorry you're running into installation issues with AIR.  The error you're getting leads me to believe that we're having a conflict with your user account.  Could you try creating a new, temporary, user account and see if you can install AIR that way.  Once installed, try installing your AIR application on your normal account and let me know how it goes.
