Problem with Adobe Licensing Agreement

I am attempting to open a new program I installed on my computer and apparently it requires Adobe AIR in order to operate.

Each time I try to open the new program the Adobe AIR Licensing agreement opens with a TOS button that I click.

Problem is, nothing happens after that. 

The program never opens.

This has happened before with other programs & AIR.

I'd appreciate feedback to know what can be done to fix this and allow me access to the program(s).
