Problems Using ADT To RUN IOS Simulator

Hi,

I have followed the guidelines listed here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/articles/ios-simulator.html

But, using the commands in a ANT build script is not working for me. I keep getting errors about 'Java Result: 14', which I think means a device error. Has anyone been able to get this to work?
