Problems With Application Loader Today

Is anyone else having trouble with Application Loader?

I need to submit some minor revisions to my apps today to deal with the new screen sizes (Max, XR).

No matter what I do, I get the error "No suitable application records were found. Verify your bundle identifier 'mybundleid' is correct."

Naturally, I checked my bundle ID and it matches App Store Connect exactly. I tried this with multiple apps, always the same message.

I checked my dev certificate. I checked my app distribution certificate.

Yes, I did create a new version in App Store Connect for each of the apps I tried to upload.

In the past I remember logging out and back in in Application Loader helped, but when I try to do that it wants an app-specific password. When I create one it rejects it. Then I end up logged in (or maybe it never logged me out).

Using High Sierra but with the new Xcode released this week.

Any ideas?

It seems not to be a new issue. A few people here had good ideas, especially the one about making sure you're in the Waiting For Upload stage:

Thanks Colin. I've been to that page already. Most of the information there is old. It IS a common problem because devs don't realize that they need to use the exact same App ID in App Store Connect as they do in their certificates. But that's not my problem. I don't think the "waiting for upload" stage applies to app updates at all, only for new apps.

It's been a while since I had to submit an app update, but I feel sure there is a screen where you add the new build. Like in the Choose the Build section of this page:
