Problems with my PS CS6, does not open file ...

Hi folks!!

Today when I opened my PS I came across something very strange, it is not opening any file, and even creating a new document. I click and nothing but that is normal PS screen. I tried to look for something on, but I found none. Does anyone know what can it be?

My windows 7 is, help me here guys, thanks !!
