Problems with photoshop uninstaller.help please!

Hey! I have a problem and it woulf be nice if somebody could help me..

I downloaded a trial version of Photoshop CS5 which doesn't work anymore and now I have bought the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5. Now the problem is that I draged the old photoshop into the trash and also the uninstaller but there are documents left from photoshop so that my mac always tells me that photoshop is already installed. I can't delete these files left from my old photoshop, What should I do now?
