Publishing air app to app store

Can someone explain how to publish app to app store, i have 16 apps on google play and i want to publish some of them to Apple app store. I use Adobe Animate CC on windows.

Is it possible to publish from windows and or what is required, if someone can explain detailed i will really appreciate that. Thank you
