qr code reader decoding utf-8 issue

I have been developing mobile application using adobe flex/air. I have tried both zxing as library and libspark qr code. Both of them has problem decoding utf-8 text. instead of polish letters, I got ąśżźćęółÅ. Does anyone has a solution to this problem?

Not sure about fixing things for those ANEs, but you might keep an eye on what Distriqt are doing. They’re making a QR reader ANE, so now would be a good time to ask them to support utf-8. Here’s their page on the QR Code extension, where you can add comments:

I am not using ane. I am using as3 libraries. I would prefer it that way.

The native QR readers are a lot faster.
