Success, thank you. Question answered.

Now do you have solution for installing AIR? I get an error message saying I don’t have administrative permission. This is a home PC and on the only account on this PC is mine. I have administrative rights. I checked again today after I couldn’t install AIR. Thank you.

Are you trying to install AIR from scratch, or update an existing installation. If the latter, try uninstalling AIR, then install afresh.
