reading text data from clipboard

Hi Iam trying to develop a application. The main functionality of the app is copying clipbaord data to AIR app.

Ex: Let assume a user open a file (pdf or word etc....) he liked a word, so he copyied thar word (mouse copy). Once he copyied the file, one event should fire on adobe AIR app and the same word shuold be copyied to the app. If he open another file and copyied another word, then this word also append to previous word.

   Please help me....
