Redirect Away from Adobe Air 19 Download

How can I download version 19?  After failing to update Adobe Air 18, I decided to uninstall it and download version 19.  After several attempts, I am redirected away from the adobe.com site to a HotSpot Shield / AnchorFree advertisement.  I do have HotSpot on my computer and I'd rather avoid uninstalling it also.
