Reload swf with code (ios)

So I am running into a problem that a lot seem to be having. I need to add and remove swfs several times within my application. My swfs DO contain as3. Each time I try to reload a swf I get this error: Reloading a SWF is not supported on this operating system.

I see that this is currently a restriction. My questions is: Is this a limitation that will likely be resolved? Will Air 3.9 have this solved? Are there any work arounds that don't involve saving swf data to a var or renaming files?

I am using air beta 3.8
