"Relocate" button in AIR simulator

In the Flash CS6 AIR simulator, under the Touch and Gesture tab, there is a button labeled "Relocate" next to the Touch Layer checkbox.  What does this button "relocate"?  Does it move the touch layer?  Could someone explain how to use it?  Many thanks.

It's not obvious what it's going to do, and I only figured it out by chance. Once you have the test movie window, and you're showing the touch layer, move the swf window. The touch layer stays where it was, and the relocate button will make it move back over to where the swf window is now.

Setting the touch layer alpha to a higher value will make it more obvious.
