running adobe air on VPS

I have been running an .air program for about three weeks on my VPS. On April 16th it stop communicating. The program now sits endlessly with the comment "establishing real time connection". I have tried just about everything and I have not solved it. The same program works fine on my home PC and internet connection. It establishes a connection and goes to the next step. Does anyone know what could be blocking the real time connection on my VPS?
