Screen capture video in Actionscript?

Hello,

I'm developing air application for mobile IOS/Android and PC Windows.

I need to capture screen activity and generate a video (max 30 seconds).

In particular I want to start recording, then move objects through Tweener library and eventually stop recording.

In alternative, it is also ok if the solution to capture the screen records a movieclip timeline execution.

Can someone suggest a solution to achive this result?
