Setting stage.quality to "low" under AIR2.6/2.7?

I can clearly remember that I was able to set the stage quality to "low" developing with IDE in the past. And that greatly helped in boosting performance... However, it seems with Flash Builder your only choices are "high" or "best", "medium" and "low" simply doesn't work. Anyone had the same issue or just me?
