Showing "Missing Implementation platform Windows-x86"

Hi i want create same ane files for Adobe Air Why does it happen? Why i get always bad error "Missing Implementation platform Windows-x86" I have tested and tried but it won't worl? Stop blame me! I don't know what is bad missing Implementation?????????????????????? I have downloaded by Flex SDK Installer with Adobe Air 17 completed package with include and library and i have coded it and i want test to calling to Adobe Air Application. I AM VERY MAD BECAUSE THEY ARE LUCKY THAN MY WORK Why does it not complete.
