Signing help please

Could someoe here please give me a clear work-flow for signing, using Mac tools, ipas generated on Windows?

Particularly I want to re-sign completed ipas, generated in Animate, using Apple's new Intermediate Certificate.   

And, last question: is there a way to do this on a PC?
