Slow download speed of Adobe AIR SDK

Since a while ago I am downloading Adobe AIR SDK for Mac from https://airsdk.harman.com/download and download speed is always around 36KB/sec. For a file of almost 700MB. This is beyond frustrating. Is there anything that can be done to speed things up?

 

In case follow up question(s) pop up - I have 100MBit connection and speed test shows that it's around its max, so nothing's wrong with my internet connection.

    Today it's even worse. Web page can be loaded in Safari, in Chrome it doesn't load. Download speed is 12KB/sec and it's downloading ZIP for 3 minutes after which download gets interrupted. Absolutely impossible to work with.
