software installation problem

I want to use Adobe Air to run an application called KeywordXP developed by Page One Traffic (UK).  The installation of KeywodXP doesn't happen and after contacting Page One Customer Support they send me the follwing: We've run into this with a few customers and it's definitely an Adobe Air problem and has nothing to do with our software. The folks at Adobe support community are much better equipped to help you and I encourage you to post overthere. They will ask you for your Adobe logs etc and help you get to the bottom of this.
Well, so here it is. Any volunteer??
