Stage3D rendering in Scout is not available with AIR18

Is it just my local problem or known issue, that Stage3D rendering in Scout is not available with AIR18?

I have Stage3D telemetry in Scout and advanced-telemetry in project enabled, but in Scout window I see:

There are no Stage3D commands in this context.
