StageVideo in Windows Desktop?

Haven't been able to find a clear answer on this : I need to build an app running in Direct Mode, and using StageVideos, for Windows.

This seems to work fine when installed on Mac, but when I install that same AIR build on Windows 10, the videos do not display. I'm using Custom Chrome Transparent for my windows.

The app performs so much better in Direct mode vs CPU, so I'd really like to stick with Direct, but it has to run on Windows and video playback is pretty integral.

Is there something I'm missing?
