Steps to go from Flash to Android?

I have read some info online, though I am still confused regarding the process of going from Flash to Android.

Here is what I have done so far:

A. I created a file in Flash CS5 using a Droid Incredible template from Device Central

What do I do next?

First you will need to download the

Adobe Flash Professional CS5 Extension for  AIR 2.5

go here to download: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashpro_extensionforair/

Follow the install instructions.
