Successfully released AIR mobile app gallery

Is there a sticky thred or web page of air mobile projects that have been released and are live in an app store somewhere?  I am interested to see what is possible with AIR on mobile and the best way imho would be to be able to look (and download) real apps that are out in the wild.  Does Adobe have a gallery somewhere on this site (couldn't find it) ?

Vibico

Video bitrate converter

You have a video and want to record it to DVD, CD or want a videofile and dont know at wich bitrate to convert it and how many DVDs you need? Vibico is the solution.

Simply enter the length of the video, then how many audio tracks you have with the bitrate you choose and click on the medium you want, VideoCD, DVD or a cutom dis
Vibico will calculate the maximum bitrate to convert your video. If you want to change the bitrate simply change it with the slider or write it to the bitrate field and vibico will recalculate. Every datafield is manually editable.

Change the disc capacity and it will automaticaly saved as the "custom disc" size.

We released another app using AIR this time using the same code to create an Android and iOS version.  Omniglot Chinese is an app to help beginners learn to read, write and recognize Chinese characters.

On the whole the cross platform stuff was pretty painless and mainly came down to organising graphic assets that either scaled well or were substituted correctly depending on platform.

Hi,

I just released my first game made with AIR 2.7 (submitted it just before the AIR 3.0 release...).

The game is called "Cuba's Days", it let you play John F. Kennedy during the cuban missiles crisis.

Just to talk a little bit about the technique beheind it:

  • It was orignally developped using the PFI but when AIR 2.6 came out I packaged it again and the performance gain was just huge !
  • There is an iPhone and an iPad version, it use the same code but the assets are packaged in swc, one for iPad and one for iPod.
  • Most graphics are bitmaps so I cannot talk about dealing with vectors on iOS.
  • The game has a lot of texts and I wish StageText came out a year ago

The links:

Looking forward for any critics/comment !

We just published "The Ogglies - A Dragon Party for Firebottom", an animated book for kids for iOS & Android (using AIR 2.7).

For more fun we integrated some box2D physics for games likes "tire-throwing".

In the German iTunes App Store we are the #1 app in the category books (iPad & iPhone) and we're the #1 best grossing app for both devices, too.

In the U.S. we didn't make it into the top 100 of books, as usual...

Please take a look, the humor may be a bit weird, but some of you and your kids will enjoy it.

Android: https://market.android.com/details?id=air.Drachenfest_EN&feature=more_from_developer

Enjoy. And thanks to all the developers around here, it's good we're helping each other.

In this screen we used box2D, too - you can put the rockets back into the bottles and fire them again. :-)

Hey guys, my App Finger Slice is now Available on the App Store:

I used AIR 2.5 in order to have compatibility with older 2G and 3G devices.

Cheers!

That was my first app, I released it in november 2010 just to test air for android.

Well, it made 25k+ download until now :-)

Obviously it's free.

This app is an android port of a screensaver for Windows (on Android it's an app not a screensaver) that me and a friend of mine made for our little daughters Giada and Ariel that like Hello Kitty very much.
Maybe your children like it too!

Hello Kitty moves automatically in the house and made some random actions (read, sleep, draws, listen to music and so on).

You can get the control her in anytime.

I think that's a great idea, this way we can support our fellow AIR developers and a good reference for what's possible and approvable.

Ill post a link to my own app on here.

I have a lite version in review with apple at the moment as well so if you want to wait a couple days that will be out.

Android version is also out.

This thread needs to be a "sticky".

Here's my app, https://market.android.com/details?id=air.AnthonyHoangPhotography

I did it just for fun.  I'm not a real professional photographer.
