Surface Pro - FullScreen AIR app behind taskbar

When I launch a Full Screen AIR application packaged with Captive Runtime the app launches but the Windows taskbar remains in front of the application no matter what I do.

This occurs with apps packaged with both AIR 3.5 and AIR 3.6

This also occurs with apps that are packaged as regular .AIR files.

I noticed this as well when the desktop is in high dpi mode of 150%.  It doesn't seem to happen at 100% or 125%.

Thanks for the heads up.  MisterPinC, were you able to open a bug on this?  I'd like to add this to the workarounds/comments.
