Tablet Question

I am trying to reinstall a Bamboo tablet from Wacom because my computer had a virus issue, but the Bamboo Dock application won't install. An error box says:

If you have installed Bamboo Dock before, please make sure that it is properly removed from your Applications folder and from the Trash and try again. 

Adobe AIR Installer: Installation failed.

I have Adobe CS5 Production Premium installed on my computer and Adobe AIR installed with that program. Would it mess with the creative suite if I uninstalled Adobe AIR to try to get the Bamboo Dock to work?
