The audio of the app is heard during the call

I created a Flash APP in "AIR for Android", but when I tried to submit it in the Amazon App Store, Feedback get the following error:

Your app has failed a test case.

Bug Description: Call interrupt fail

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the app

2. Make an incoming call to the device

3. The audio of the app is heard during the call

OS/Device(s) : 2.3.x / Samsung Device

Please correct the issue(s) we found with your app submission.
