The background task execution using power button on iOS.

I am playing a live streaming sound on iOS and it works in the background without any issues when I am using AIR 3.8. But in AIR 3.8 I am facing the iOS 7 microphone prompt issue which has been solved in the AIR 3.9 releases. When I try using AIR 3.9 the background task execution does not work when we used the power button.

Is there any workaround for this issue or has it been fixed or will it be fixed in the latest releases.
