This application require a version of abode AIR which cannot be found ERROR!!!

Hello

For the last 2 weeks I have a problem to open any Adobe Air application receiving this error

This application require a version of abode AIR which cannot be found

I am not able to do anything related to Adobe Air, even not uninstall Adobe Air was possible

I have several times installing latest version which should be 20.0, file version is 20.0.0.204

Hope somebody have a suggestion how to solve this error
