Too long compile time with google-play-services

Initially I thought I should fill this in the bug base but it's not actually a bug but a performance issue. So, here we go...

The problem is that if you are using an ANE which has embedded the latest version of google-play-services in it (I have tested with google-play-services rev 25), Although the project compiles fine and runs with no problem, it takes too long to compile!

to test it yourself, please try to install our Facebook SDK ANE (which requires V4.0 of the dependencies ane) when you compile, you can see that it takes around 10 minutes to compile the apk on a 32-bit windows and takes around 2 minutes to compile on a 64-bit windows. we didn't test it on a mac though.

my guess is that Air SDK can be boosted in future versions so it can better compile the google-play-services so when using ANEs which require this latest .jar file from Android would compile faster.

Thanks.

Realwinner_Game‌ This problem concerns Android compilation "only" not the iOS side.
