Trouble with installing Air

Hi! I don't have a problem downloading Adobe Air. I have an issue with installing it. I keep receiving this message "An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator".

Its my personal laptop. Windows 10.
