Trying to install Air and I get - " “Adobe AIR.framework” is damaged and can’t be opened. "

Hi. I'm not tech savy. Software I want uses Air and when I try to install it on my Catalina OS v.10.15.3 I get the message:

“Adobe AIR.framework” is damaged and can’t be opened.

Can someone tell me how to fix this?
